Welcome! I'm Jake Kloeppel, I have been in education since 2009 and at  Waynesville since 2016.

I attended Drury University to receive my Bachelor's degree in K-12 Education. I have since attained my Master's Degree in Secondary Level Administration and in Elementary Administrative Education, and a Doctorate of Administrative Education.

I have practiced at every level in the education field to include; maintenance, bus driver, paraprofessional, teacher of secondary to college, coach, and director before becoming an administrator. I am excited to work with the community and students of this wonderful district within this role. I have two sons, a daughter, and an absolutely beautiful wife in which we reside in Pulaski County just against the Gasconade River. My wife is also a teacher as our family is passionate about bettering the world through the education process. We enjoy being outside soaking up the beauty our home of Missouri has to offer. Our hobbies include watching sports, being on the river, hiking, and spending time with each other.

I am excited and eager to work at Waynesville Middle School and serve those I can.

Kymberly Rodriguez is the assistant principal for the 8th grade at Waynesville Middle School. 
She has been in education for 20 years and this is her fifth year as an administrator.
