I am Mrs. McQueen and I will be your child's 3rd grade teacher. The 2010-11 school year will be an exciting time for your child and your family. I love teaching and want to inspire your child to love learning. I will do this through carefully crafted activities that use technology, hands-on methods, and cooperative learning.

My philosophy embraces our school motto: Kids Come First at Thayer. Through a partnership with you, the parent, every child can experience success.
