One of the focus points of the Missouri School Improvement Process (MSIP) is providing a safe environment for all students. To maintain a safe environment and meet one of the many MSIP requirements, WHS will require all students to wear their ID cards. Students will be required to display their student issued ID cards at all times. Students may display their IDs from the neck to the chest by using a lanyard or an ID clip. IDs are required upon entry to the school. This includes the bus ride to and from school. Replacement IDs are required if the ID is lost or mutilated. Mutilation is defined as, but not limited to, placing stickers and/or graffiti on any portion of the ID, or alteration of the ID. The replacement cost is $1.00.    All students will initially be given a choice of a lanyard or they can provide their own. If additional lanyards or clips are needed, there will be a charge of $1.00 for the lanyard. Failure to be in possession of your school ID will result in disciplinary actions. Students may NOT go to their cars to retrieve ID's once school is in session without permission. All high school students and faculty must display an ID while attending any school functions.
