Welcome to 6th grade! This year for the 2011-2012 school year I will be team teaching with Mrs. Allard. I will be responsible for the math and science curriculum. Mrs. Allard will be responsible for the history and language arts curriculum. Both of us will be teaching reading. We will so integrate reading content strategies into the math, science, and history curriculum to increase reading fluency. 

I enjoy teaching the middle grades. These years are the most important time for students because of the transition they are making between elementary and middle school. During 6th grade we will help your child make the transition into the middle school grade.
