Our program strongly promotes independent reading by providing rewards.
We encourage students to read through Reading Counts Challenges, Show-Me, and Mark Twain state award nominee book incentives, and summer reading promotions.  

We also collaborate with classroom teachers to teach and to integrate information and technology skills into math, social studies, science, reading and writing.
