REGISTRATION

Most classes are based on the number of enrollment to determine whether or not to cancel the class. Courses without sufficient enrollment 3 days prior to the start date are subject to cancellation.

Once you register for a class, the only time you will hear back from our office is:

~If the class is cancelled

~If the class is full

~If there is a change in the day or time

So please mark your calendars when you register!

3 WAYS TO REGISTER

WALK-IN:  Come to the Waynesville Career Center Office, 400 G.W. Lane, Waynesville, MO between the hours of 7:00a.m. and 4:00p.m.

PHONE: Call 573-774-6106, Monday-Friday, 7:00a.m. - 4:00p.m. You will need to stop by the office to pay your tuition or pay with credit card over the phone to confirm your place in the class.
(There is a 2.5% processing fee on all credit card transactions.)

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept cash, check, money order, Visa or Master Card.
(There is a 2.5% processing fee on all credit card transactions)

 
TUITION INFORMATION

For EMT and CNA classes, half of the total amount of tuition for class is REQUIRED to be paid at registration. If we do not receive it, you will not be allowed to begin class. The remainder of the balance must be paid ONE month after class begins. If it is not paid, you will be dropped from the class.

The Computer Classes and Personal Enrichment classes must be paid for at registration.

The Practical Nursing, Massage Therapy, Cosmetology, Paramedic, and Technical programs are different than the other classes. Payment arrangements need to be set up with our Financial Aid Officer, Susie Perry.

Students using VA benefits are responsible to pay Waynesville Career Center with the same guidelines. You need to fill out VA benefit paperwork with Beverly Zadravecz in our office.
