Being a military child, Lori traveled all over the United States until Waynesville became her permanent home in 1968. She graduated from Waynesville High School in 1977, and has been employed by St. John’s Clinic since 1989 at the St. Robert location where she is the manager.
In 1979, Lori and her husband Bobby were married. They have two sons - Paul and Matthew. Paul and his wife Holly have blessed them with four grandchildren; Mikenna, Tristin, Clayton, and Haydenn. Matt the younger of their two children; enjoys hunting and fishing. Together with their sons, they own and operate Mid-County Materials, a quarry located just outside of Waynesville.
Lori began serving on the Waynesville R-VI School Board in April of 2002. Through training with Missouri School Board Association she has reached the level of Advanced/Master Certified Board Member.
She feels that each and every student deserve a School Board member that is willing to work hard and put aside politics and bias to provide means for an excellent education.
