Lidia is a graduate of Drury University and works at the General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital as a Medical Technologist. Lynette graduated from Waynesville High School in 2009 and attends Drury University in Springfield, Missouri. Dylan is currently attending Waynesville High School as proud member of the Class of 2013.

Dorsey's educational experiences include having served as the President of the Fort McClellan, Alabama Department of Defense Dependents School Board of Education during the 1997-1999 school years. He also served as the Commandant of the largest Noncommissioned Officer Academy in the United States Army from June 2005 to until his retirement where he was responsible for training and professional military education of approximately 5,200 personnel annually. In 2008 he was appointed by the Governor of Missouri to serve as a member of the Interstate Compact on Education Opportunities for Military Children.

Dorsey believes that the Waynesville R-VI School District, our families and our communities must continue partnering together to ensure the success of our students.
